Online booking

Orders through our website or via email will be answered by email within 4 working days to the address indicated. If you do not receive a response within this period, something has gone wrong. If this is the case, please contact our box office.

Payment methods and collection dates

- in person: Tickets can be purchased at the Orpheum-box office; payment may be made by debit card or credit card.

- bank transfer: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with our bank details. As soon as we have received your payment, the tickets will be available for collection at the box office. The tickets can be collected until just before the performance starts.

- credit card: If you pay by credit card, we require both the expiry date and CVC number (last three digits on the reverse of the card next to the signature). The tickets can be collected until just before the performance starts.

Bookings (without prepayment) can only be made up until a specified time prior to the performance which varies from event to event. You will receive the collection date in the confirmation of your reservation. The reservation of tickets until performance start is only possible if these have been paid for in advance (credit card, bank transfer).

Discounted tickets
When buying discounted tickets, a valid card, entitling the holder to a discount (membership cards, student cards, etc.) must be presented for each ticket bought.

Discount tickets cannot be paid for in advance by credit card or bank transfer.

Ticket prices
Ticket prices shown are for advance booking and include all fees and taxes. From 6pm on the evening of the event, a higher evening box office ticket price is applicable.

Online payment by bank transfer or credit card
Purchase via www.graztickets.com according to their general terms and conditions (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen).

TICKETS:
Used tickets will not be refunded.

By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder accepts the house rules and the terms and conditions.
Torn ticket stubs are not valid. Misuse will be punished.
In the event of the cancellation of an event, tickets can be refunded up to one month after the intended date of the performance. Changes to the cast or programme are no grounds for a refund of the ticket price.

The Grazer Spielstätten Gmbh (Ltd.), or any permitted third parties may carry out general filming and sound recording. By purchasing tickets you consent to your inclusion in films and recordings in connection with the event. The Grazer Spiestätten Gmbh (Ltd.) is entitled to use these images and is exempt from any financial obligations.

Recording audio or visual material is strictly forbidden.
Mobile telephones must be switched off.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.
